TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DAILY DESIGN ONLINE WHOLESALER

1. The Daily Design Wholesale Online Store conducts wholesale sales via an online store under the name https://dailydesign.com.pl/pl/ and https://dailydesign.store/ on the basis of these Regulations.

2. The owner of the Daily Design Wholesale Store is the company Daily Design Karol Szczepańczyk NIP 644 320 86 07 , REGON 521557185 with its registered office at 44/115 Kosynierów Street 41-219 Sosnowiec, Poland, mob.  +48 605 48 48 15, e-mail address: kontakt@dailydesign.pl.

3. Regulations are an integral part of the sales contract concluded with the Customer. Customer is a company with an active wholesale account.

4. The condition for the conclusion of a contract of sale is the acceptance of the Regulations by the Customer and possession of the current status of the wholesaler, which will be confirmed by the wholesaler.

5. Goods available in the wholesaler are new and free from physical and legal defects.

6. The customer, after logging in, has access to the updated stock.

7. Adding items to the cart does not mean their reservation.

8. Placed order is visible and available to the Customer in the order history after logging in.

9. Confirmation of the order is made by e-mail or telephone contact of an employee with the Customer.

10.The delivery time of the order is determined individually with the customer.

11.Shipping of ordered goods is carried out throughout the world. The cost of shipping is determined individually for each order.

12.Payment is made on the basis of a proforma invoice to the bank account number indicated by the employee. The payment term is determined individually. After payment, the customer receives a full invoice.

13.The wholesale customer is not entitled to cancel the contract without the approval of the employee of the wholesaler.

15 Complaints are accepted in writing. Sending the content of the complaint can be done by e-mail to: kontakt@dailydesign.pl or by postal mail to: Daily Design Karol Szczepańczyk,  Kosynierów Street 44/115 41-219 Sosnowiec, Poland.

16. Each complaint is considered individually, and the solution is aimed at protecting the interests of the Customer.

All materials on the site are the property of Daily Design Karol Szczepańczyk, copying, distribution, use for commercial purposes without the permission of the company is prohibited.  Any violation of our intellectual property will result in legal action.
